With reference to NtM NO.57/2022T, regarding exploration drilling by the drill ship Noble Gerry de Souza, the public is informed that the relocation to the drilling site 07° 44’.6N – 056° 09’.8 W (WGS 84) is delayed. The drillship Noble Gerry de Souza will now relocate on September 5^th, 2022.

The drill ship will conduct exploration drilling off the coast of Suriname at this location from September 5^th to December 28 ^th, 2022.

For safety reasons vessels should keep a safe distance of 1000 (one thousand) meters from the drillship.

The Offshore Support Vessels (OSV) that will assist during the operations are MV Timbalier Island, MV Troms Hera, MV Youngs Tide, MV Gerard Tide and MV Bourbon Topaz.

 Please note:

• Communication is through the VHF channels 16 and 77.
• There is a SAFETY ZONE of 1000 (one thousand) meters from the drilling site.
• Noble Gerry de Souza will be stationary during drilling activities and will display the relevant characters.

All ships should take notice of the above mentioned.
