SURINAME RIVER-SMALKALDEN AND DORDRECHT
DREDGING ACTIVITIES
From 1st until the 14th of October, 2026, dredging activities will take place in the Suriname River, upstream of Smalkalden by the vessel TSHD Mahury.
The working area is indicated by the following coordinates in WGS 84:

The sand will be transferred from the hopper dredger TSHD Mahury to the push barge Hub 17, powered by the push boat Massive 3.
Subsequently, the dredged material will be transported by the push barge to the discharge location Dordrecht:

The dredging activities will take place during the day. The vessels will be restricted in maneuverability and will display the relevant characters.
