ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE SHIPPING TRAFFIC
COAST OF SURINAME
RETRIEVING BUOYS

With reference to NtM NO.07/2014, regarding the retrieval of the three (3) buoys off the coast of Suriname by the vessel “R/V GYRE”, the public is informed that the activities has been extended till June 8th 2014.

The locations of the buoys are:
Buoy 1, block 53 – (07° 40’ 51.42“ N – 55° 31’ 03.31” W) on 1800 metres water depth.
Buoy 2, block 42 – (08° 01’.31.08” N – 55° 15’ 52.20” W) on 2400 metres water depth.
Buoy 3, block 47 – (08° 31’ 51.76” N – 54° 40’ 20.39” W) on 2007 metres water depth.

Communication is through the VHF channel 16.

All ships are requested to take notice of the above mentioned.
