SURINAME RIVER DIJKVELDBANK DREDGING ACTIVITIES RUBIS – JETTY
From 17th December till the 21st of December 2022 dredging activities will be conducted alongside the left bank of the Suriname River at the jetty of RUBIS with the dredger Saramacca.
The working area is indicated by the following coordinates in WGS 84:

The dredging activities will take place during daylight. The dredger Saramacca will be restricted in maneuverability during dredging and will carry the necessary lighting and signs. The dredged material will be dumped on the western side of the entrance of the Suriname River outside the navigation channel.
Communication is through VHF channel 12.
All ships should take notice of the above mentioned.
