TEMPORARY BUOYS SIMULATION MOORING FACILITY
From November 2nd till November 8th 2022, two yellow buoys (light character Fl.Y.4s) will be placed along the left bank of the Suriname River at the positions 05° 49’.412 N – 55° 09’.259 W and 05° 49’.442 N – 55° 09’.125 W alongside the SMS jetty at Roadstead Paramaribo.
Please note:
The buoys will solely be placed for simulation purposes alongside this jetty and are not part of the waterway marking.
The simulation area is indicated by the following coordinates:

For safety reasons, shipping, and other water users should keep a safe distance of at least one hundred meters (100 m) from the SMS jetty during the simulation.
Communication is through VHF channel 12.
All ships should take notice of the above mentioned.
