OFF THE COAST OF SURINAME
SEISMIC SURVEY VESSEL
From January 15th till March 1st, 2020 the survey vessels MV Ramform Titan and MV Ramform Tethys will conduct seismic survey in Guyanese waters up to the maritime border with Suriname and will therefore maneuver in Surinamese waters. Fourteen cables will be towed, each with a length of 8100 meters from the survey vessels at a depth of at least five meters. The maneuvering area has the following coordinates:

Vessels should keep a safe distance of at least seven nautical miles (7 NM) from the survey vessels MV Ramform Titan and MV Ramform Tethys. The Support Vessels that will assist during the operations are MV Ocean Fortune, MV Sea Service, MV Miss Megan and MV Sea Horse II.

During the operation the survey vessels MV Ramform Titan and MV Ramform Tethys will be restricted in maneuverability.
Communication is through the VHF channel 16.
All ships are requested to take notice of the above mentioned.
