ENTRANCE SURINAME RIVER, DIJKVELDBANK
DREDGING ACTIVITIES DE MOLEN PORT FACILITY
From 11th till 13th of July 2024 dredging activities will take place alongside the left bank of the Suriname River at De Molen Jetty (05° 47’.675 N – 055° 09’.720 W WGS84) by the dredger Kees jr.
During dredging the river bottom will be leveled. The dredging vessel will be restricted in maneuverability during dredging and will carry the necessary lights and signs.
Communication is through VHF channel 12.
All ships should take notice of the above mentioned.
