ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE SHIPPING TRAFFIC
COVID-19 MEASURES
COMPULSARY COVID-19 SCREENING AT SEA BUOY

With reference to the MAS letters of March 12, 2020 “COVID-19 virus” and March 25, 2020, “Preventing and/or mitigating the transmission of the COVID-19 to pilots” and Notice to Mariners No. 40, “Temporary measures related to COVID-19”, crew members of all International merchant ships as of April 06th 2020 will be subject to a compulsory COVID-19 screening at the sea buoy, prior to piloting.

All ships should be at the sea buoy at least 3 (three) hours before piloting.

Please note that all the procedures and documents to be submitted are still in force.

All ships should take notice of the above mentioned.
