SURINAME RIVER- SUZANNASDAAL ANCHORAGE
TRIAL DREDGING ACTIVITIES
From 4th till 31st of March, 2023, trial dredging activities will be conducted at the anchorage area Suzannasdaal and in the fairway of the Suriname River.
The working area is indicated by the following coordinates in WGS 84:

The dredging activities will take place around the clock. Dredging will be carried out by the vessel MV Crestway. The dredging vessel will have limited maneuverability and will carry the necessary signs and lights.
Direct communication with the dredger and the Vessel Traffic Control of the MAS is mandatory for passage in the navigation channel and the Suzannasdaal anchorage area.
Communication is through VHF channel 12.
All ships should take notice of the above mentioned.s
