ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE SHIPPING TRAFFIC
CHART 2765 AND 2014
SARAMACCA CANAL NEAR SURINAME-AND SARAMACCA RIVER
INSPECTION WORK AT THE LOCKS

Inspection work will be conducted at the locks in the Saramacca Canal by the vessel Galaxy. The activities will be carried out ashore and in the channel from a pontoon with excavators. Divers will also be present.

The work schedule will be as follows:

E. 05° 46′.526 N – 055° 20′.788 W

The sections mentioned above are completely closed for all ships and other users during these periods.
