OFF THE COAST OF SURINAME
GEOPHYSICAL RESEARCH

From October 25th until December 31st, 2021 the research vessel BGP Prospector will conduct a geophysical survey at twenty-five nautical miles (25 nm) off the coast of Suriname.

The research area has the following coordinates:

Communication is through VHF channels 16 and 69

Please note:
During the operations, the MV BGP Prospector will be restricted in maneuverability and will display the relevant characters.

Vessels should keep a safe distance of at least five nautical miles (5 NM) from MV BGP Prospector. The survey vessel will be supported by MV Geo Service I, MV National Energy Explorer and MV Sanco Scorpio.

All ships should take notice of the above mentioned.
