ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE SHIPPING TRAFFIC
CHART 2017
OFF THE COAST OF SURINAME
SEISMIC RESEARCH
With reference to NtM no.123/2020T, regarding a seismic survey at one hundred and twenty nautical miles (120 NM) off the coast of Suriname by the survey vessel Fugro Brasilis, you are informed that the work has been extended until 31st of March 2021.
Communication is through the VHF channels 13,16 and 68.
Please note!
During the operation, the FUGRO BRASILIS will be restricted in maneuverability and will display the relevant characters.
Vessels should keep a safe distance of at least one nautical mile (1 NM) from the Fugro Brasilis.
All ships should take notice of the above mentioned.
