ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE SHIPPING TRAFFIC
COVID-19 MEASURES
CEASING OF SCREENING AT SEA BUOY,
COVID-19 FORM VERSION 02 IN EFFECT

With reference to the letter of March 12, 2020 regarding “Procedure COVID-19 virus” and Notice to Mariners No. 48, “Compulsory COVID-19 screening at Sea buoy”, the MAS hereby informs that the current COVID-19 form version 01 will be replaced by version 02 as of Thursday 20 August 2020.

As of Monday 24 August 2020, the screening of the crew at the sea buoy will be ceased. This will take place at the port facility at the request of the Public Health department.

To avoid delays, pre-arrival documents including the COVID-19 form version 2 should be submitted to the MAS not later than 48 (forty- eight) hours prior to arrival.
All other precautions regarding COVID-19 remain in force.

All ships should take notice of the above mentioned.
