ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE SHIPPING TRAFFIC
COTTICA RIVER – BOOMSAKKER
SALVAGE WORKS: SUNKEN BARGE K110

Currently salvage activities of sunken barge K110 are in progress near Boomsakker  in the Cottica river.

During those activities in the Boomsakker area with the specific position (WGS’84):

05 ° 51.9 ‘N – 054 ° 38.4’ W, two fixed pontoons with diving equipment aboard and tugboat “KUTARI” will be present. The salvage operations will last until September 22th, 2014. For this reason there is a need to be rather careful in this area.

All ships are requested to take due note of the above-mentioned.
