ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE SHIPPING TRAFFIC
CHART 2017
OFF COAST  OF SURINAME
EXPLORATION DRILLING

From October 10^th till December 14^th, 2025, the drill ship Noble Regina Allen will conduct exploration drilling at forty-four nautical miles (44 NM) off the coast of Suriname at drilling location 06° 40’.174 N – 056° 30’.334 W (WGS 84).

For safety reasons, vessels should keep a safe distance of at least two nautical miles (2 NM) from the drill ship. The Offshore Support Vessels (OSV) that will assist during the operations are AMY CLEMONS MCCALL, HOS Captain and HOS Carousel.

Please note:

• Communication is through VHF channel 16 and 10.
• A safe distance of at least two nautical miles (2 NM) must be kept from the drillship.
• There is a SAFETY ZONE of five hundred meters (500 m) from the drilling site.
• Noble Regina Allen will not be maneuverable during drilling activities and will display the relevant characters.

All ships should take notice of the above-mentioned.
