The public is hereby informed that buoy N6 (05° 58’.880 N – 057°00’.870 W WGS84) in the entrance of the Nickerie River is unlit.
The shipping is therefore requested to navigate with extreme caution and is advised to make use of other aids to navigation.
A further notice will be issued once the buoy is lit.
