The public is hereby informed that the part of the Suriname River approximately two hundred meter (200 m) from the shore, located between the Heiligenweg and the MAS jetty is temporary considered a Security Zone where entry as well as anchoring of vessels is prohibited.

The Security Zone will be in force on Saturday 25^th of November 2023 from 06:00 till 18:00 hour.

The area is indicated by the following coordinates: ( WGS 84):

1. 05° 49’.435 N – 055° 09’.400 W
2. 05° 49’.333 N – 055° 09’.360 W
3. 05° 49’.481 N – 055° 08’.621 W
4. 05° 49’.641 N – 055° 08’.655 W

All ships should take notice of the above-mentioned.
