ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE SHIPPING TRAFFIC
CHART 2014
OFF THE COAST OF SURINAME
HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEYS AND COLLECTING SOIL SAMPLES
From 13th till 18th of November 2025 hydrographical surveys will be conducted and soil samples will be collected by the survey vessel MV MARWINA along the coast, west of Suriname.
The working area is indicated by the following coordinates:

The surveys will be conducted daily from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. MV MARWINA will be restricted in maneuverability and will display the relevant characters during surveys.
Communication is through VHF channel 12.
