PILE DRIVING OPERATIONS
From November 13, 2025, to January 31, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the engineering firm IBT will be carrying out pile-driving operations at Comport N.V. at location (05º 53′.571 N – 055º 04′.650 W WGS’84) on the left bank of the Commewijne River.
Pontoons KDS-KP001 and KE1003 involved in the operation display the relevant markings.
Communication is through VHF channels 12 and 16.
Shipping should approach the above-mentioned area with caution and reduce speed when passing through.
