OFF THE COAST OF SURINAME
SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH
From October 23rd, 2024, till January 23rd, 2025, the research vessel Argeo Searcher will be conducting scientific research at eighty-eight to one hundred and ninety-seven nautical miles (88 – 197 NM) off the coast of Suriname.
The research area has the following coordinates:

Please note:
- During the operations, the Argeo Searcher will be restricted in maneuverability and will display the relevant characters.
- Vessels should keep a safe distance of at least two nautical miles (2 NM) from the Argeo Searcher.
- Communication is through VHF channel 12.
All ships should take notice of the above-mentioned.
