ENTRANCE SURINAMERIVER

DIVING OPERATIONS NEAR BUOY LS

On July 10, 2025, diving operations will be carried out from 6 AM to 3 PM at six nautical miles (6 NM) off the mouth of the Suriname River, near the position of buoy LS. The operations will take place at position 06° 04’.812 N – 055° 12’.824 W (WGS 84) and will be conducted from the vessel KUMARU II.

Please note:

• Kumaru II will be restricted in maneuverability during the operations and will display the relevant characters.

• Vessels should keep a safe distance from the KUMARU II and reduce speed while passing.

• Communication is through VHF channel 12.

All ships should take notice of the above-mentioned.
