OFF THE COAST OF SURINAME
RETRIEVAL OF METOCEAN INSTRUMENTS
From the 15th till the 31st of August 2025, scientific instruments will be retrieved at fifty-five to eighty nautical miles (55 NM – 80 NM) off the coast of Suriname by the vessel MV Dona Jose II.
The coordinates where instruments will be retrieved:

Please note:
- During the operations, the MV Dona Jose II will be restricted in maneuverability and will display the relevant characters.
- Vessels must maintain a safe distance of at least five hundred meters (500 m) from the MV Dona Jose II during the operation.
- Communication is through VHF channel 12.
All ships should take notice of the above-mentioned.
