With reference to NtM NO.16/2023T, regarding exploration drilling off the coast of Suriname at the drilling location 07° 13’.500 N – 055° 51’.250 W (WGS 84), the public is informed that from 9^th till 16^th of August 2023 the drilling ship Transocean DD3 will be un-hooked from her location by AHTS SIEM Ruby.

For safety reasons vessels should keep a safe distance of one nautical mile (1 NM) from the vessel.

Please note:

• Communication is through VHF channel 12.
• There is a SAFETY ZONE of one nautical mile (1 NM) from the drilling site.
• AHTS SIEM Ruby will be restricted in maneuverability and will display the relevant characters.

All ships should take notice of the above mentioned.
