OFF THE COAST OF SURINAME
GEOPHYSICAL RESEARCH
From July 15th till October 20th, 2024, the research vessel MV Gyre will conduct geophysical research at eighty-five to two hundred nautical miles (85 – 200 NM) off the coast of Suriname.
The research area has the following coordinates:

Please note:
- During the operations, the MV Gyre will be restricted in maneuverability and will display the relevant characters.
- Vessels should keep a safe distance of at least one nautical mile (1 NM) from the MV Gyre.
- Communication is through VHF channel 12.
All ships should take notice of the above-mentioned.
