OFF THE COAST OF SURINAME RIVER
SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH
From 14th till 27th of July 2023 the survey vessel MV Atlantic Spirit will conduct scientific research at twenty-five to fifty nautical miles (25 – 50 NM) off the coast of Suriname.
The research area has the following coordinates:

Please note:
- The MV Atlantic Spirit has restricted maneuverability.
- Vessels must maintain a safe distance of at least five nautical miles (5 NM) from MV Atlantic Spirit.
- Communication is through VHF channel 12.
