With reference to NtM NO. 38/2023T, regarding scientific research of the coast of Suriname the public is informed that from 05^th till 14^th July 2023, at location 07° 21’.6060 N – 055° 41’.0199 W (WGS 84), the ADCP mooring system will be retrieve and will be carried out by the research vessel Atlantic Spirit.

For safety reason vessels should keep a safe distance of five nautical miles (5 NM) from the research vessel.

Please note:

• The MV Atlantic Spirit has restricted maneuverability.
• There is a SAFTY Zone of five nautical miles (5 NM) from the location.
• Communication is through VHF channel 12.

 All ships should take notice of the above mentioned.
