SURINAME RIVER – RAC A RAC
SHIP TO SHIP TRANSFER
From the 3rd till 9th Januari 2026, ship to ship transfer will take place at Rac a Rac. Cement clinkers, limestone, and gypsum will be transferred from the MV GEM STAR to the pontoons KE1001, KE1004, KE1005, KE1006 and KE1007, and will be assisted by the tugboat KULDIPSINGH 01 and push boat KULDIPSINGH 02.
The operation area is indicated by the following coordinates:

The vessels will be limited in maneuverability during this operation.
Communication is through VHF channels 12 and 16.
All ships should approach the above-mentioned area with the necessary caution and reduce speed when passing.
