SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH
From January 20th till April 1st, 2024, the research vessel MV Connor Bordelon will conduct scientific research at seventy-five to eighty-nine nautical miles (75 – 89 NM) off the coast of Suriname.
The research area has the following coordinates:

Please note:
- During the operations, the MV Connor Bordelon will be restricted in maneuverability and will display the relevant characters.
- Vessels should keep a safe distance of at least one nautical mile (1 NM) from the MV Connor Bordelon.
- Communication is through VHF channel 12.
All ships should take notice of the above-mentioned.
